Moji Holding. holds 6 Dough Zone Dumpling Houses in different locations in Washington State and is still expanding. We are looking for an entry-level bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly.
The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
• Match purchase orders with invoices
• Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
• Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
• Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
• Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Process payroll for over 300 employees on a bi-weekly basis

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• College Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1-year experience working in AP/AR, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports, or related field
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Team player and willing to offer help to others as needed
• Good oral and written communication skills, bilingual in Chinese a plus
