我说下colorado好了。这边中国驾照自首次入境日起可以使用一年，自己开车买车都没
有问题，只是买保险的时候要贵50刀，拿到permit的之后，可以免费把保险信息更新一下
；可以带着只有permit的人开，自己坐副驾驶。基本上来讲，一年之内是可以完全替代正
式驾照的。另外，permit可以随便考，即使还没有ssn，只要开一份没有ssn的证明就可以了
。笔试拿permit，路考拿正式驾照。路考在拿到permit的时候当场就可以预约，据说也是可
以免费无限考，不过不收钱，只是太多次不过，DMV会延长你每次预约之间的间隔。以上是我
知道的情况。

that your foreign language license will be comprehensible and therefore
acceptable to all officials who may ask to see your driver's license. The
