We are looking for new employees to help with the warehouse maintenance, port loading/unloading, product sales and sourcing. Since Present Seafood is a start-up company, work roles are less specialized, and everyone is accountable for the company growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Load/unload seafood products among dock truck and warehouse
2) Help with deliveries, services and pick-ups on site
3) Pack and unpack seafood products
4) Maintain a clean and organized workplace according to company policy and standards
5) Monitor water level and oxygen level for each water tank
6) Monitor temperature inside cooler and freezer
7) Drive a truck when required
8) Operate forklift and pallet jet
9) Learn sales techniques and meet with customers
10) Maintain good relationship with all customers
11) Collaborate with sourcing, sales, operation team
12) Handle computer-based order processing


Job Requirements:

1) Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the day
2) Physical ability to perform labor work and able to pass a physical exam
3) Knows the Food Safety Standards as established and required by the State of Washington
4) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen test and background check
5) Flexibility to work overtime when needed
6) Experience with truck driving and maintain a good driving record
7) Experience with forklift and pallet jet is preferred
8) Strong communication skillsDetail oriented and organized
9) Good listener and quick learner

Although it is a full-time job, the working hours can be very flexible; sometimes the employee is required to work at night or during weekends, but we do offer compensatory time off and/or overtime pays according to Federal and State laws.

5) 监控水箱里的水量与氧气含量
6) 监控冰柜与冻柜内的温度
7) 有需要时开短途货运卡车
8) 操作叉车与地牛
9) 学习销售技巧，面见客户
10) 和客户保持良好的生意关系
11) 和其他公司部门之间相互协作
12) 能够用电脑操作订单

对员工的要求：
1) 能够持续搬运50磅以上的重物
2) 能够完成工人的日常工作
3) 对华盛顿州的食品安全标准有一定了解
4) 能够合法在美国工作
5) 工作时间灵活，随叫随到
6) 有开卡车的经验并且保持着良好的驾驶记录
7) 有叉车与地牛操作经验为佳
8) 沟通能力强
9) 注重细节并且做事条理清晰
10) 善于倾听并且学习能力强

该职位的工作时间较为灵活，并非朝九晚五，时常需要晚上或者周末上班。如果有必要加班时，公司会根据联邦以及当地的法律规定，提供调休日或者加班费。
