主要工作内容为：
（1）根据公司服务条例，解答客户咨询；
（2）为当地客户提供量体服务；
（3）将产品推广或介绍给更多潜在客户。
相对应的，兼职人员应具备：
（1）很强的客户服务意识；
（2）有充足的兼职时间；
（3）英语听说读写流利；
（4）有一定的市场推广能力。

Part-time Customer Service Representatives Wanted
Hangzhou ClothesMake Network Technology Co., Ltd. (CM for short) is an Internet firm that provides target customers with the most cost-effective garment customization service based on its independently developed garment customization platform. At present, our target customers are mainly the middle-class men in North America. We, according to the consumption characteristics of target customers, spare no efforts in creating the most cost-effective garment customization service with the well-selected fabrics, original body measurement service, fine tailoring processes, perfect logistics and after-sales service, allowing customers to get his exclusive garments that fit him well and could perfectly highlight his taste with least money and shortest time.
In order to allow more customers to enjoy our products and services, as well as to provide more opportunities for students or part-timers, we are looking for some local part-time customer service representatives in North America.
You’ll be mainly responsible for:
(1) Answer customer inquiries according to the company’s service regulations;
(2) Provide body measurement service to local customers;
(3) Promote or introduce products to potential customers.
Correspondingly, you should have:
(1) Strong customer service consciousness;
(2) Enough time for the part-time job;
(3) Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
(4) Marketing capability.
As the part-time customer service representative, you will get:
