My bf and I are currently looking for a large room with private bathroom.
There will be a 15lbs dog and 2 cats moving with us (all 3 years old).
They are ultimately friendly to both human and other pets, quiet, and mostly stay in my room.
I walk with the dog for his business, so he is not going to mess any indoor stuff.
Our budget is $1300/m for a flat fee (included utilities and food), or $1100 for the room and utilities,
