We are a fast-growing building materials wholesale company specializing in doors, windows, mouldings, and a wide range of interior finishing products. We're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team as either a Salesperson or Sales Manager. If you're driven, experienced in sales, and eager to grow with an expanding company, we'd love to hear from you!
Available Positions
Sales Manager
(Minimum 3 years of industry experience required; existing customer base preferred)
Salesperson
(Sales experience preferred; industry experience a plus)


Compensation & Benefits


Hourly Pay: $25－$35 per hour (based on experience; negotiable)
Health Insurance (Medicare): Available after 3 months

Sales Manager Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targetsLead, coach, and motivate the sales team to boost performanceAnalyze sales data and report on team metrics and trendsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clientsConduct training sessions to enhance product and sales knowledgeCollaborate with marketing to align promotions with sales goals

Salesperson Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutionsMeet or exceed individual sales goalsProvide outstanding customer service and follow-up supportMaintain accurate sales records using CRM systemsSupport team efforts and contribute to a positive work environment


Qualifications
Proven sales experience required (building materials industry a plus)Sales Manager: Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership roleStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze sales data and use insights to drive resultsFamiliarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office preferredSelf-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
