Warehouse Manager Open Position - Portland Oregon

Thunder Portland Warehouse has an open position for tentative warehouse manager.

Job duty:
Oversees the whole warehouse operation;
Manage the warehouse crews and making daily operation plans;
Communicate with customers via email and WeChat Group for customer daily needs;
Scheduling pick up and delivery with trucking company ;
Manage orders and shipments in warehouse management system;
maintain the inventory accuracy inside of the warehouse ;
Set up warehouse team and goals and make sure the warehouse team member finish the daily tasks every day;
Communicate with headquarters and other warehouse managers for any further management decision and future needs;
Bilingual skills are not a must have but preferred

诚招海外仓主管一名
职责描述：
1. 根据业务发展规划，负责海外仓库库位的规划、作业流程及规章制度的建立，确保后期管理工作有据可依。
2. 根据淡旺季业务量变化，制定收、发货计划，确保海外仓合理的库容量和利用率。
3. 根据客户订单情况，负责海外仓日常发货业务，与海外仓终端服务商对接，确保按单及时发货，不滞留，日清日毕。
4. 负责海外仓库存管理工作，并每周盘点，确保数量、库位准确
5. 负责海外仓数据的统计和反馈，确保与客户保持业务流畅
6. 负责海外仓团队人员管理，及仓库安全管理


任职要求：
1. 中英文双语熟练
2. 团队管理及仓储管理相关知识面丰富
3. 能熟练操作仓储设备，如：叉车
4. 较好的协调管理能力及应变能力， 具备一定的预测和预估能力，具备一定的规划和品质意识，执行力强。
