Leasing Agent

We are looking for a capable Leasing Agent to lease properties to prospective lessors, receive rental payments, service current tenants and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
· Present properties to prospective tenants
· Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
· Confirm and process all rental applications using provided rental criteria and screening program
· Stay knowledgeable of the current rental market
· Use Yardi System to reply the message from tenants
· Assist Property Manager with collections, notices, and tenant relations



Skills
· Working knowledge of real estate law, leasing practices and Fair Housing Law(preferred)
· Yardi System (preferred)
· Proved successful sales record
· MS Office
· Adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced quick changing environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Chinese is a plus
· Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
· Must have strong customer service skills
· Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills

Experience:
· Leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
· Yardi System Management: 1 year (Preferred)
· Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary: $18.00 /hour
