The @LAPDCentralArea #skidrow Task Force has come across a lot of narcotics, but this is the first time they found “quack!” They were found in the backpack of an arrestee and released to LA City Animal Services. They are protected ducks and will go to a wildlife rescue. pic.twitter.com/kTeLbDrDBC
