这个人很不诚实，没有自己的团队丶根本没有能力完成高质量的工程。我们联系他时，他满口答应，并且先收取30%的工程费。结果工期过半，他连整个工程最简单的油漆工作都没有完成。期间我们多次催促，但他都能找到种种借口。我们后来发现，他的天工装修公司其实就是只有自己一个人的公司，他本人也没有水电装修等工程执照，他每次接到工程后，都会临时雇佣其它人员，给人以可以完成任务的错觉！不诚实丶不可靠！

I found their advertising as a contractor under similar name TianGong LLC at [Seattle Chinese News] & [Seattle Chinese Journal] paper at July, 2017, the owner Mr. Zhao estimate my basement renovation project (add 2.5 bathroom and divide 2 room ), he quoted a reasonable price for labor only (owner pay all materials & permits), so I paid 30% ($3,000 by check#1043) at July 25, 2017, they start work (cut cement & part framing in very unprofessional way) around same time, then I found they unable to pull permit (they don't have related license)...so I stop the work and hire a other licensed contractor for plumbing, electric & mechanical... after those part done, Mr. Zhao keep delay for resume work and finally refused working on rest part (drywall, flooring...) to finish the job as he promised and also refuse refund me all deposit.

接了工程，收了三成款，长期借口忙，几个月都不完工，中途要求双倍加价，完全不靠谱
