616 Broadway E, Seattle
介绍:Perched on the corner, at the north end of busy Broadway, Siam almost always bustles. Most days, during both lunch and dinner, you'll find a line of people waiting patiently for their turn to get some of the best Thai food in town. Don't let the line dissuade you, because the workers are pros at hustling diners in and out. The hallway-like front room, with its open kitchen and narrow waiting area, quickly gives way to a small, pleasant dining area. The moderately priced menu draws in hip neighborhood regulars and destination diners alike. If you can't make it to Broadway, try the restaurant's equally busy sister on lower Queen Anne. Or, if you're willing to sacrifice atmosphere for speed, pop down to the restaurant's spacious, though somewhat more generic Lake Union location. -- Corrie M. Frasier
